Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellations are handled and how refund eligibility is assessed for Soprem Solutions engagements.
Last updated: [Date to be confirmed]
How refund eligibility is assessed
Professional coordination services involve time, planning, and project resources that are allocated in advance. For that reason, refunds are assessed case by case rather than by a fixed formula. The factors we consider include:
- the work already completed at the time of cancellation;
- the stage the project had reached;
- any non-refundable third-party or vendor expenses already committed;
- the terms of the applicable proposal or statement of work; and
- any deposit paid, as specified in the applicable proposal.
Monthly retainers
Monthly retainer engagements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Work performed prior to the effective cancellation date is not refunded, and the retainer remains payable through that date. Any work scheduled beyond the effective cancellation date is released and not billed.
This is not a blanket no-refund policy
Soprem Solutions does not operate a blanket no-refund policy. If you are not satisfied with an engagement, or believe a refund or adjustment is warranted, raise it with us directly at info@sopremsolutions.com. We will review the specifics of the engagement with you and consider a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund, a credit, or additional work at no charge, depending on the circumstances.
