Soprem Solutions provides IT project coordination, commercial project management, and office technology deployment coordination services on a project or retainer basis. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities for each engagement are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. This website describes our services in general terms and does not constitute a binding offer or a contract for services.

Soprem Solutions coordinates third-party vendors and contractors on behalf of clients. We are not a licensed contractor, electrician, or financial institution, we do not perform regulated trade work, and we do not process payments on a client's behalf.

Effective coordination depends on timely input from the client. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, identifying decision-makers, granting the access required to carry out agreed work, responding to requests for approvals and decisions within reasonable timeframes, and entering into their own agreements with vendors, contractors, and suppliers unless the applicable proposal states otherwise.

Monthly retainer engagements are billed in advance on a recurring basis and continue until cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees, billing cycles, and any additional charges are set out in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Soprem Solutions provides its services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soprem Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for the acts, omissions, workmanship, or delays of third-party vendors, contractors, or suppliers engaged by the client. Any liability arising from an engagement is subject to the limitations set out in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute relating to these terms or to the use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
